My journey with yoga began in 2011 when I enrolled in a yoga for dancers course during my college years. Subsequently, my passion for the practice led me to Rishikesh, India, renowned as the yoga capital of the world, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Since then, I have had the privilege of sharing yoga teachings across diverse global settings, accumulating a wealth of teaching hours along the way. I have taught within renowned 5-star resorts, local studios, retreat settings, as well as private sessions.
Specializing in Embodied Flow, hands-on adjustments, empathetic guidance, and precise body alignment, I bring a depth of experience and expertise to my craft. My proficiency levels can cater to beginners seeking foundational practices to advanced practitioners exploring more challenging dynamics. My goal is to help people enjoy the challenges and sensations of yoga, enhancing their relationship with their body through immersive experiences that include sound healing, aromatherapy, hands-on assists, and customized postures tailored to their needs.
